Quick and Easy Stew

1 lb. ground beef
2 diced carrots
3 diced potatoes
1 env. Lipton soup (onion)
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix Lipton soup with 4 cups water, potatoes and carrots. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile brown the ground beef and drain. Add ground beef and can of mushroom soup to pot and heat through for 5 more minutes.
