No Bake Butterscotch Cornflake Cookies

1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips1/3 c. chunky peanut butter6 c. cornflakes, measure before crushing

Crush cornflakes. Melt chips and peanut butter over hot water. Stir in crushed cornflakes, mixing well. Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper. Let set until cool. Place in covered container. Yields 36 to 40 pieces.

I like to melt some chocolate chips and drizzle it over the cookies. To me, they taste very close to a Butterfinger candy bar. Can't beat that!
