Simple Cherry Tomato Salad
Combine a handful (per person) of cherry tomatoes (sliced in half) in a bowl, with some chopped fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil (about 1 tablespoon per handful of tomatoes), white wine or balsamic vinegar (2 teaspoons per handful of tomatoes), Kosher or sea salt, and fresh ground pepper to taste. • Mix together, taste and adjust the flavors to your wishes.
