Batter-Fried Apple Rings
1 c. Bisquick
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 medium apples, peeled and cored

Beat baking mix, egg, and milk until smooth. Grease griddle. Cut apples crosswise into 1/8 inch slices. Dip slices into batter. Cook on hot griddle until g0lden brown, turning once. Serve hot. Dust with powdered sugar.
