Lately I have been into trash to treasure crafting. Some large projects, some smaller. I really like the suggestions given here for what to do with those plastic berry baskets we all get this time of year. I especially like the fabric painting idea. I plan to make a plain tote (get a tutorial here, and help the environment) and have my favorite little guy help me paint it with a berry basket.

Me too! I think it would be cute covered in paper mache with a prim bird and nest tucked in it too! I love playing with trash. LOL.
